CSR is a way of doing business for WorldEmp

We aim for business continuity and a healthy operating result and take people and the environment into account.

 

Our focus is not on short-term profit but on sustainable return. We pay extra attention to the health and safety of our people, the environment and integrity. We regularly renew ourselves to work more efficiently, safer, cleaner and healthier and we continuously develop our services and processes.

 

Social and community involvement is an integral part of our business operations. It is fully embedded in both our corporate culture and our actions. We aim on providing (groups of) individuals good health and happiness. By providing insight, we strive for a positive movement in which awareness of personal responsibility and self-management for health / well-being is central.

 

Together with our employees, partners, stakeholders, customers and suppliers, we work on solutions that make the entire chain sustainable. In addition, we see and experience a tremendous positive impact that cooperation within the chain produces. People

WorldEmp strives for a high degree of autonomy and initiative from its employees. The value and value development of employees are the pivot in the HR policy.

WorldEmp has taken a number of actions to limit the adverse effects on the environment. Restricting travel movements and using video conferencing reduces environmental impacts by reducing emissions of gases and fine particulates.

 

Due to the increasing digitization and working in the Cloud, we contribute to the objective of reducing the use of paper and mail.

 

A controlled and as low as possible environmental impact is being worked on continuously.
