Bluedesk is growing fast and adding colleagues via WorldEmp to its team in Alkmaar.

Two experienced .NET developers

The search within the Netherlands for experienced professionals is a tricky one, as everyone in our field experiences. Through WorldEmp, however, we quickly came into contact with experienced professionals. Within a short time, WorldEmp added two new colleagues to our team, two very experienced .NET developers with more than 15 years of experience in both front- and backend development. The great thing is that recruitment is tailor-made and we were able to choose from several experienced specialists. After all, you end up choosing more than just a developer; we are a close-knit team and you would like to have someone there who fits in and masters the culture and way of working within the organisation.

Fast onboarding and efficient collaboration

Of course, it does require a change in the organisation, for instance the working language is English and you have to work with each other in a slightly different way. However, this goes faster than I expected, onboarding was similar to how I add a Dutch employee to the team and within a few weeks the Dutch and International colleagues were working together efficiently.

As a comment, I would point out that remote international colleagues brings a change in the organisation but my opinion is that there is no getting away from it and you better start soon as an organisation. It's not a replacement for your current team but an addition that allows you to grow and develop as an organisation. With bluedesk, we see a bright future with Dutch and international colleagues.
