Local vs. Global
Bridging the talent gap with WorldEmp
In a world where the demand for highly skilled personnel is growing faster than the supply, Dutch and European companies face a significant challenge. Locally, there is a considerable shortage of specialized talent, which can hinder innovation and growth. However, if we broaden our perspective to a global scale, an ocean of untapped talent reveals itself. This is where WorldEmp plays a crucial role, acting as a bridge between local business needs and global talent pools.

The local talent shortage
Netherlands and Europe are grappling with a growing shortage of highly skilled personnel in crucial sectors such as technology, engineering, and healthcare. This gap between demand and supply drives up competition for local talent, increases salary costs, and slows down essential projects. This shortage not only limits companies' capacity to innovate and expand but also acts as a brake on economic growth in the region.
The global talent surplus
At the same time, on a global scale, there is an abundance of qualified and motivated talent. Many countries outside Europe produce thousands of graduates annually with specializations in emerging and established fields. These professionals are often seeking opportunities to apply their skills and contribute to interesting and challenging projects.
WorldEmp's solution
WorldEmp offers a tailored solution to the local talent shortage by providing Dutch and European companies with direct access to this global talent pool. By embracing the concept of the digital knowledge migrant, companies can:
- Recruit global talent: Gain access to an almost unlimited supply of specialized knowledge and experience, without the geographical constraints.
- Cost-effectiveness: Reduce the competition and high costs associated with recruiting local talent.
- Stimulate diversity and innovation: Enrich your team with cultural diversity and new perspectives that can accelerate innovation within your organization.
- Sustainable growth: Build a flexible and dynamic team capable of quickly adapting to changing market needs and technological developments.
How it works?
The WorldEmp concept is simple and effective:
Skills
First and foremost, we look at the expertise you require. All candidates at WorldEmp have a bachelor's or master's degree and a minimum of six years of work experience. Additionally, we conduct multiple assessments.
Language proficiency
Effective collaboration hinges on communication, which is why we ensure that colleagues are always virtually present and proficient in the English language. We test this with native speakers who thoroughly inquire during the selection process.
Psychological test
In addition to assessments focused on technical skills and extensive interviews, we also conduct a psychological test. This is done under the guidance of an experienced assessment specialist. The result determines whether the candidate can be hired.
Culture test
In addition to assessments focused on technical skills and extensive interviews, we also conduct a cultural test. This is done under the guidance of an experienced assessment specialist. The result determines whether the candidate can be hired.
In the era of globalization, looking beyond local boundaries to a global talent pool offers companies an unparalleled opportunity to grow and innovate. WorldEmp is ready to help Dutch and European companies seize this opportunity by bridging the gap between local shortage and global surplus with tailor-recruited new colleagues. Discover how your company can benefit from the global talent market and take the step towards a future of unlimited possibilities.
